PACTT Funding Information
Because PACTT is filed as a nonpublic special education day school, there is a specific process PACTT must follow in order to receive funding. This is because nonpublic day schools are outplacements from the schools within a district, and since districts are financially obligated to support their students, there is a certain manner in which funds must be transferred between the district and the nonpublic day school (in this case, PACTT).
District schools themselves receive funds from the state, local, and federal levels. However, because nonpublic day schools serve students in no specific district, the source of funding is solely from the districts. |
